Shipping & Returns

Thanks for shopping with Fierce. We hope you love your new goodies as much as we do however, if you have any issues with your purchase, we're here to help! 

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at hello@fiercemtb.com to let us know you intend to return your item and why.  If a return is necessary, we will send you a return label to enable you to return your item to us, completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be received within 30 days of original receipt.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it and will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit within 1-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2days of receipt, please allow extra time for delivery around public holidays.

In the event there is an error with your order where we are at fault, we will send any replacement items to you express postage free of charge.
